Microtuinen project Gemeente Assen

The Micro Gardens project of Assen encourages residents to replace paving tiles with greenery. As part of the project, children were invited to design their own mini gardens. The winning designs were brought to life by the children themselves, and the finished gardens were placed at different locations throughout Assen.

Commissioned by Media in a Box, the project involved filming and editing the video. The production captured the children building their gardens, the placement of one of the finished gardens and a tour of the different locations to show the final results. An interview with Assen’s child mayor was also included, giving the project a personal perspective and highlighting the importance of making the city greener.
