Goud uit Groningen is an event organised by the Province of Groningen, bringing people from the region to The Hague to meet with politicians and national policymakers. For one day, a venue becomes a temporary Groningen embassy, where local organisations share their ideas and discuss topics that matter to the region and the Netherlands.

The 2026 edition focused on healthcare and the labour market, with discussions on topics such as AI in healthcare, the role of people with lived experience in healthcare, and stronger links between healthcare and education.

Commissioned by Statement, the event was captured on video, documenting the presentations, discussions and interactions between the participating organisations and politicians. The resulting aftermovie showcases the atmosphere and key moments of the day, helping communicate the event’s message and highlight the ideas shared.
